Once your order is confirmed, our team at Velverton will take 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. During this time, your order is carefully verified, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.


Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time for addresses within the United Kingdom and the European Union is 4 to 18 business days.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and external factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Velverton offers free shipping on all orders with a total value of £50 or more.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions of the United Kingdom and to EU member countries.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order status directly on our website using the Shopify tracking tool. For more details, please refer to our Order Tracking Policy.


Delays and Lost Packages

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as courier issues, strikes, extreme weather, etc.).

If you experience a significant delay or suspect your package has been lost, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the courier and do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
